Always great to meet another ally in the fight. I took a quick peek at (and subscribed to) your subtack. Tesler's Law sounds really interesting to me. I'm a huge advocate for Ux. I genuinely believe Shitty Ux = Shitty Data, but this is a good explanation for why good UX is hard.
